ELTEX ES51 / S20A. Power unit – TO 2 anti static discharge bars. Note: Discharge bars “on” whenever motors are running Important – The Eltex power unit are fitted to the magnet roll units & the customer must make the connection to the control panel. Control Requirments Housing: - IP54 Wall mounted enclosure Power supply: 380 V, 3 Ph, 50 Hz + neutral Comprising: Door input isolator Supply, push buttons & potentiometers, to Reovib control & Vibratory feeder. Supplies to contactors, overload & inverters to both rolls. Above with all necessary circuit breakers, terminals & volt free contacts + audible alarm. Mode of Operation Manuel & Remote connection for customer Both rolls to be started and run up to speed: a) Top Roll set speed via inverter b) Bottom Roll (RE) set speed via inverter c) Eltex unit running whenever roll motors are running d) The vibratory feeder to be started and set to feed rate via Reovib control. |
